Founded in 1993, in Margate, UK, RDDS Avionics Limited has built a leading reputation among Police, SAR and Military airborne surveillance organisations worldwide for providing a full range of image-enhanced aircraft cockpit displays and video distribution systems.

In addition to EASA Part 145 and Part 21G approval, RDDS also holds AS 9100 Rev. C quality certification approved by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance applicable to the design, manufacture and repair of electronic equipment for the aerospace industry.

Capability and reliability have been the basis of our success.  Our complete range of video surveillance monitors has enjoyed enviable mean time before failure (MTBF) records and the fully ruggedised equipment designed in accordance with RTCA/DO160D have performed under the most demanding conditions during thousands of hours of use.
