Project Approach
Bespoke projects have remained the lifeblood of RDDS for over 20 years, and through that time we have become highly adept at supporting our customers needs and building an ecosystem of mutual collaboration, trust and engagement, which are critical for the completion of the high integrity, safety critical requirements we deal with.
RDDS’ design approach has been developed to align with a wide range of industry standards, specifically AS9100 and AS9115 alongside Safety Critical standards such as DO-254 and DO-178. This core Aerospace expertise has been carried over, with great success, to our customers in Maritime and Land Sectors, to whom RDDS can provide equivalency analysis for standards such as IEC60508 alongside the confidence provided by the higher degrees of traceability and safety required in Aerospace Design workflows.
One of the key benefits of working with RDDS is direct engagement with our Engineering team, throughout the years we have found projects truly begin to excel when an interface between Designers and Integrators is established early on and maintained throughout development. As such, early in the bespoke lifecycle your project will receive a dedicated Engineering point of contact, who will be on hand to support your needs from first engagement to integration and through-life support.
