RDDS have expanded our in-house imaging capabilities to ensure we continue to ship products of the highest quality. With our TruView™ Fusion X-Ray Inspection System, we are able to undertake non-destructive PCB X-ray inspection imaging of product internals; including inspection of blind/buried vias and Ball Grid Array (BGA) solder joints.
